We’re teaming up with the Republic of Fremantle to bring you a unique hands-on gin blending masterclass. We’ll get things started with a gin and tonic on arrival, you’ll then have the chance to learn about the Republic of Fremantle’s extraordinary grape to glass distilling process, experiment with botanicals and create your very own unique 500ml bottle of gin to take home using Republic of Fremantle’s smooth base spirit. Following the masterclass, you’ll be treated to a couple of Odyssea’s famous cocktails and delicious seasonal share boards.
