Can you sit me on the front row? 

We understand the desire to be by the window! While we do our best to accommodate seating requests, all our tables offer stunning water views. Seating is arranged to ensure the best experience for all guests, taking into account the time of your reservation and our seating plan for the day. Rest assured, wherever you're seated, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view! 

Can we pay separately? 

Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate separate payments for your table. Just let your server know when you're ready to pay, and we’ll take care of it. For larger groups or during busier times, it can be a bit trickier to manage, so if you'd like to make arrangements in advance, feel free to give us a call. We'll do our best to ensure everything runs smoothly and comfortably on the day! 

Can I book a table for coffee and cake? 

We’re a restaurant and licensed bar, not a café, so we don’t offer a cake cabinet or take bookings just for coffee. However, you’re welcome to pop in and enjoy a seat on our Sseadeck if there's availability. Please note, our breakfast service finishes at 10:45, and lunch begins at 11:45. We’d love to have you join us! 

Do you offer gift vouchers? 

Yes, we have gift vouchers available! You can purchase them directly from our website or at the restaurant. 

Can I bring children? 

Absolutely! We welcome families and offer a children's menu to make sure our younger guests enjoy their experience as well.

What is the cancellation policy? 

Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the event or booking. For standard reservations, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. For larger bookings, our events team will provide specific details at the time of booking. 

Why do I have to give my credit card number to secure a booking? 

Providing a credit card helps us secure your booking and ensures that we can plan accordingly, especially during busy periods. It allows us to manage last-minute cancellations or no-shows, which can impact other guests hoping to dine with us. Rest assured, no charges will be made unless the booking terms, like a cancellation policy, apply. We look forward to welcoming you! 

Can I bring in a cake for a celebration? 

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring in a cake for your celebration. We do apply a $4 per person charge to store, portion, and serve your cake at the table. Alternatively, you might like to choose from our delicious dessert selection, and we’ll gladly add some celebratory sparklers to make the occasion extra special! 

Do you cater for dietary requirements? 

Yes, we are happy to accommodate a range of dietary needs. Please let us know in advance if you have specific requirements, and our kitchen team will do their best to ensure you have an enjoyable meal.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible? 

Yes, our restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible, and we strive to ensure all guests have a comfortable experience. 

Can I bring my dog? 

We welcome well-behaved dogs on our Sseadeck. We also are aware that not all patrons are dog lovers so please keep your dog off our benches, chairs and tables. Thanks!

Can I bring my own wine (BYO)? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer a BYO service, but we have an excellent wine list curated to complement our menu. 

Can i eat at odyssea if i’m under 18?

We are a licensed premise and as such anyone under 18 needs to be accompanied by an adult. We will ask for your ID if you look young so please don’t take offence.
